			<description><![CDATA[ John Campbell, as I said, is an example of a good player who can&#39;t single-handedly turn round a terrible team, but whose talent was clear to a Hibs, a
Premier League (or possibly First Division) club, not just a team at Third Division level. Perhaps he is also an example of a youngster who didn &#39;t make
it, but there are plenty of examples of teams with three or more players able to play at a higher grade who haven&#39;t been able to lift their side.

			<description><![CDATA[ The players available are going to want a break before deciding where they are going to play next season so i really cant see this early start working out.
Maybe a rest would do them more good than getting back into serious training so soon after the season end. Getting players capable of doing a job in the 3rd
division is going to be Jack&#39;s biggest task in the next 2 weeks,if we dont want to end up in a panic, signing players for the sake of it and ending up
stuck at the bottom of the... ]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[ I&#39;m guessing that the thinking behind the early start to pre-season is to try and sort out this problem we have of always having such awful form at the
start of the season. At least Ross is trying to fix the problem and hopefully this is going to work. He&#39;s going to have to be busy getting players in
though. The 4th of june is 2 weeks away and we only have youth players re-signed for next season! Can&#39;t have pre-season training without a team! So i&#39;m
expecting the next 2 weeks... ]]></description>

Great example, is that the John Campbell who was just a young boy when Hibs took him, he never made it, went on loan to Caley (before they were SPL) and then
returned to HFL where he was No2 at Fort William and then No2 at Nairn, did well when he got his chance but now he is transfer listed because Nairn have signed
Ridgers and still only 30.

bottom half sides who have the ability to make the step up a league. It pains me to use the example of someone like Kris Boyd, but Killie were rubbish even

us win Div3, surely they would be good enough to help Clach finish higher than fifth from the bottom of the HFL?

Thursday, which doesn&#39;t seem correct, so I hope that the P&amp;J article was wrong too!
