I agree City Diehard yes you are entitled to your view but my view is that you should apologise for your comments as the fact that the board was even considering allowing Carol Mutch back into BB is enough for the Cruikshanks to feel totally let down and betrayed by the board.You said Bob had no reason to leave but in my opinion it is ridiculous to see how Bob could continue the unrecognised hard work, time and effort he put into BB with this betrayal from the board who should have been...

Diehard where did you get your information re C Mutch!!! Your prepared to condemn a man of integrity who resigned on a point of principal and now you would turn that around to sound as if Bob just walked away and left them "in the lurch". Perhaps rather than listen to malicious rumour you should have spoken to Bob before putting such a slur on a gentleman. Ofcourse you are entitled to your view but only if made on fact. saw one of the directors with a strimmer on sat outside the ground so they must be doing something and there was me thinking they would all be down at st johstone watching the closed doors friendly ,does anyone know how this game went .....

AllyT, why should I withdraw my comment because you dont agree with it? I am entitled to my opinion as much as you are entitled to yours. I thought that the idea of message boards like this was to allow people to express their opinions & have discussions? As I have already said on the 'jungle thread' I know, like & respect Bob but what else do you call it when someone LEAVES without notice ?Highlander mentions that Bob was left with no choice because of a decision the Board...

Ally T you are right several people have mentioned this matter to me and I also believe that this slur" on Bob should be removed,as nothing could be further from the truth. Was at the game on tue nte and couldnt beleive my eyes ....the stadium has gone down hill....The weeds up to ur knees infact the kids in frontof me were pulling them out and using them as swords!!!! As for the pitch its in worse condition than the doocot park.
This wouldnt ave happened if bob and ed were still there...sad!!!!!!!!
