The basic message from BWM/City Tattler/50.50 is that the fans are being made mugs of by the board and we should be up in arms, there is no chance of an increased budget for the 1^st team, Wolecki has replaced Charlseworth as head of youth development without the consent of RW and we will lose the management team this summer.

Ok, before we get down to the issues, is it GT personally that is causing the bad vibes or does the whole board come under fire here? I'm not sure that this is just a personal vendetta against GT. Anybody care to comment?

Are there any guys who are worthy of praise for their efforts on behalf of the club? Surely the board members are not deliberately working against the best interests of the club?

Personally speaking the merchandising side of the club has improved and Steven Milne I believe is responsible for that. What about the rest of them, who does what? From the website our current directors are:

Acting Chairman: Graham Tatters

Secretary: Ian Allan

Directors: Martyn Hunter, Cecil Jack, Andrew McKenzie, Steven Milne, Graham Mutch, Graham Tatters.

Calls to sack the board. Ok, they go who then comes in? You guys are quick with the problems, let's hear the solutions. Who could come in and do a better job, name some names. Oh, and explain to me the mechanics of actually getting the owner, Beal, to allow this to happen?

Back to reality, are the fans being made mugs of? On first look I'd say yes ~ no AGM, poor communication, no training facility for the team in Elgin, no use of the Lesley Benzies money, no sign of attracting the much touted local businessmen to come and buy up Beal's shares, no statement from the owner as to what the future holds for the club.

However the point that upsets ordinary punters like me is that 50/50, Tattler leaves the bad vibe messages, criticises fans for being blind but never offer any solutions. So guys, what will change the situation at the club for the better, or maybe more importantly who will change things?

Next disaster, no chance of improved budget for the 1^st team and hence the management team will walk. It is up to the board to generate the funds and we seem to lag well behind other HL teams as well as P/Heid in this dept. Also the fans were promised when Beal blocked the KB bid that they would seek other investment to come in and we were also promised various business plans for the future blah, blah that have never materialised. We have been told that there has been investment in the hospitality side of things etc, but no AGM or any accounts to show if the turnover at the club has increased, so how are the fans to know if things are improving commercially?

Personally I'd like a statement from the board to clear up all of the above and maybe some of the guys involved in the ST might have some clout here?

As for Wolecki I'm not sure how much that affects things, Charlie Charlseworth held the post previously and I don't see how this affects the 1^st team, but hey what do I know!
