Having had the same strip for three seasons, I'm guessing most fans will have bought the home top by now but I don't think I've ever seen the red one on sale anywhere. If it is true that we're getting a multi-millionaire (multi-hundred maybe ...) deal with another supplier at the end of the season, it might be a good idea to try and flog this one quickly. I know I'd definitely buy one.

I also heard a rumour that we may be getting a new kit supplied by, let's say a major sportswear company. I feel that this would certainly appeal to the younger fans, who like nothing better than to be seen wearing a top sportswear brand. It could also raise the profile of the club in terms of press coverage etc. I reckon it's something that should be looked into. Mind you, I must commend the club for keeping the same kit for longer than the "usual" 2 years. It shows that we aren't bowing to commercial pressure and leaving parents etc having to find 30 or so to keep up with trends or keep their kids happy. I don't know if that was the reason for keeping the current strip, or simply that we couldn't stretch to buying a new one!!!
