Everyone I speak to at the games say they want the takeover to go ahead because the club can't go on like it has but there is no fan based pressure being put on the major players in this saga to get it sorted.
Anyone out there?

Is there a supporters club? |

I haven't seen or heard much about them and there doesn't seem to have been any reaction to the goings on from them. After all the supporters are the ones suffering as a result of recent events. On the pitch results have suffered and the club is not looking too good just now.

Funny you should mention this... I was wondering the same thing today. When I bought my first season ticket- quite a while ago now, I got a year's free membership to the supporters club. I got a natty little membership card and was filled with a sense of pride and belonging. However, I did nothing about re-joining the next year; didn't see the need and now I haven't a clue how to join, can anyone help?

the supporters club still on the go.they have suffered badly with the lack of willing helpers. the engine room still works hard to keep it going and are their usual cheery selves on a saturday. they are the unsung heroes at the club.

What is the official role of the supporters club? There doesn't appear to be much info on the website about it. Our rivals in the north offer subsidised travel to away games & discounted merchandise etc. Have these issues been discussed by the new board?
Now that Cecil is on the board this must see a higher profile within the club if we are to drive attendances back up. Does anyone have any info on this topic. Also for away matches there must be plenty of Elgin exiles in central Scotland that might be tempted back to support the club if we mount a challenge next season, are there any official supporters clubs outwith Moray? |

Again a request for some information on the supporters club and what plans they have for the future etc as posted in the general section recently. I see the link on the official site is blank, as the Baseheads once said Is there anyone out there?

There must be someone out there who knows something about the supporters club, if there is still one in existence.
I was a member up until 3 years ago and joined, usually on the first away bus of the season. Why not try and sell memberships at the home games, maybe beside the 50 50 desk inside the ground. Im sure there would be plenty willing to join. Maybe something like a (free) City lapel badge and a programme(all duly added to the subscription)would help to entice a few more. So if there is someone out there who knows anything please put us all in the picture. |
